For a couple of days I have been sharing pictures from the Cafe on Sunday morning. But I did start the day at Valley Forge trying to capture the sunrise. Well as you know that didn't work out due to a very cloudy sky but I did grab some nice shots of the park. Today I would like to share this one with you.

Why do images of warm quilts & hearty stews come to mind when I see this? Ummmm....
ReplyDeleteI have to say that it was rather chilly that morning. And I couldn't help to think about how bad that Winter was for Washington's troops. What a lot of people do not realize is that most of the soldiers did not have the luxury of living in those cabins you see here. Most were in makeshift tents.
