Can you believe October is almost over and that tomorrow is Halloween? Where did the time go? Well at least it seems that the month is going out on a friendlier note than it came in on. In fact it's so nice today that I am sitting on our front lawn bench as I write this. And speaking of today's post I would like to share this last remnant of the Summer/Fall season. At least for our dogwood that is. This and a few other berries remain until next year.

Kim and I are home after a full but fun weekend at the campsite. As busy as it was though I still took some time and got out to the beach to do some shooting. I got some pretty good stuff to work with but man was it cold. Very windy too. I'll be sharing some with you in the next couple of days but for today's view I am sharing this snapshot I made when we got home this afternoon. I was at the back of our yard and saw the sun shine on our trees as it was setting for the day.

Today's view is a shot of our Halloween decorations at our campsite at the shore. As many of you know Kim and I have a camper at Ponderosa Campground in Cape May Courthouse New Jersey. This weekend and next they are celebrating Halloween with hayrides, pumpkin picking and of course trick or treating for the kids. So in spirit of the season we decorated and this is just a taste of what we did. I'll share more later along with a video or two.

It's really late and this is a really quick post. It was another busy day for us and today's photo is the reason. We have been looking for larger camper and this is what we finally purchased. Now the real fun begins. Cleaning out our original and setting up the new one. It will be worth it though.

I don't often use my phone's camera filters but I wanted to do a black and white so I tried them out and think this came out good. This is another view of the train we saw on Saturday.
