Hi there my friends. How's the weather where you are? Once again it's very hot and humid in these parts. But from what I have heard we're supposed to get a break with some cooler temperatures really soon. So with it being hot I figured I'd get up and out early today with my camera and take a walk in the park to see what I could see. I got there around 7:30 am and I must say it wasn't too bad. I even tried a different trail and was quite delighted with the scenery. Only thing is that about halfway around the loop it started to rain. Fortunately I was near a cluster of trees and they kept me reasonably dry until it stopped. But hey at least it wasn't too hot yet. I am glad I decided to go out early. Now for today's view I would like to share some of the photos I shot along the way.

Hi there my friends. With the hot weather we've had today I haven't spent a lot of time outside aside from filling the feeders and making sure all of our guests have fresh water. I did set up a camera in the back yard though to see who would stop by. And there sure was a lot of visitors. For today's view I would like to share a few with you.

For today's view I would like to change things up a bit. I don't do a lot of pictures of the night sky during the summer months mainly because it stays light pretty late. And with me working very early each morning I don't stay up late and even if I am awake I really don't feel like being outside with a camera. But this morning I was up a little earlier than usual and took advantage of it by grabbing some star shots. And now I would like to share a couple with you.

How's it going my friends? I've been busy around here catching up on some yard work. It was a pretty good day to do it with the weather being a little cooler but it was still sweaty work. I really didn't do a lot with the camera but did manage to spend a little time at the suet feeder. And it was busy too. So for today's view I would like to share a few photos I captured.

Hi there my friends. Well this Saturday has been a lot drier than last week's. And it's a little cooler too. Not much but every little bit helps. I decided to take another walk in the park today but this time I chose a different trail. It was a little shorter but had a lot of hills and not a lot of shade. It didn't help that I managed to make a wrong turn and ended up having to climb a small wall to get off the trail. It was either that or go all the way back which I was not going to do. I made it though and now for today's view I would like to share some photos I shot on my journey.

Today's Friday Schnitzel picture is getting to you kind of late but I think you will agree it was worth the wait. Schnitzel has taken up the habit of sleeping in my recliner during the day. Probably because of the fan next to the chair I leave on for him when I'm at work. Here we see him as he "asks" me for a snack before his dinner.
