Hi and welcome to the Daily View!

A few weeks ago I shared some pictures of our pear tree with you. Well actually the flowers on the pear tree. This afternoon while in our back yard I saw that the flowers were replaced with pears. Lots of pears.

This one is high up and away from the ground. The ones closer to the ground are being eaten by our groundhogs. But that's okay because we never use all of them anyway. This way there is less waste.

Hi and welcome to the Daily View!

Well it's April my friends and to start the month off we had a little bit of rain. Not a lot just some showers. I guess that's why they say April showers not April hurricanes? Now let's bring on the May flowers. In fact lets bring on May!

Though it may only be the first of April there are already a lot of blooms out there. Especially on our pear tree. But I am not sharing it's blooms with you today. I was going to but as I was photographing some of them I noticed how nice the drops from the recent rain looked on it's leaves. And that is what I have for you today.

Around The House - May 31, 2015

Hi there folks! Wow wasn't the weekend quick? At least mine was. We did a lot of running yesterday and today we just did some work around the house. I didn't know what I was going to post for this weeks "full post" so I thought I would show you some shots I made today.

These first two photos are from our pear tree.

And here is our Schnauzer, Schnitzel sporting his new Summer haircut.

April 15, 2015 - Photo Of The Day

Happy Tax day! Actually should the words "happy" and "tax" be used in the same sentence? Anyhow it is April 15 and that means we are another day into Spring. And that means more Spring blooms and hopefully warmer days that are here to stay for a while. Today I would like to continue my recent theme and share some photos I made of our pear tree.

When I journeyed out back to snap some photos I was greeted by this guy sitting in the pear tree.

Of course as I approached the tree he flew off. That's okay though, it let me concentrate on what I set out to shoot.
