Continuing with the "little things" theme I touched on yesterday I have another piece of the big puzzle to share with you today.

A bit duller than the leaves I shared about a month or so ago. And a lot more brittle. And though it may be dead it is not done yet. As this leaf and millions like it dry and crumble away they will become nourishment for next years plants and flowers. A small part of the big picture.
