January 2, 2015 - Photo Of The Day

It's the beginning of a new year and to start it off right I want to try to get on and more importantly stay on target. So that means Fridays will be "retro" Fridays. I'll at least do my best.

Today we go back to February 2004 Las Vegas, Nevada. And that just happens to be when and where Kim and I were married. I jokingly refer to it as "The scene of the crime" :) But seriously I can't believe it's been almost 11 years. Time sure does fly. And I couldn't imagine sharing it with anyone else.

So since Las Vegas is famous for it's brightly lit casinos I thought that I would share a few shots with you that I made when we were there.

This is Circus Circus. One of the oldest original casinos left on the strip. And it where we stayed and were married. And no, we were not married by Elvis :)

The is the Riviera Hotel and Casino that is located across from Circus Circus.

And this is the famous Stardust Casino that is no longer.

And now folks I am calling it a night. But I'll be back soon with more for you. Thanks for stopping by.

Until next time...

    1. Thanks Kathy! These were actually shot in 35mm with my Nikon N80 and scanned to digital.
