Welcome To The Monday View

Kim and I are back from our camping trip and I am happy to say that although it rained most of the time we still had a good time. Just getting away can be relaxing. We have been camping many times but this time was different. After many years we finally bought our own RV. It's something we have talked about for quite a while and when the opportunity presented itself we jumped on it. And I am happy to say even though this was my first time hauling a trailer we made it out and back safe.

This morning when I went outside I saw that the skies had finally cleared and the sun was shining through. So what else would I do but grab my camera so I could share it with you?

Welcome To The Saturday View

Kim and I are on the road. Well not right now. Right now we are enjoying a weekend of camping in the Pocono mountains. And at the moment my laptop is unavailable so I am sharing a snapshot I made this morning.

Here is the morning sky a little before sunrise.

Welcome To The Friday View

Wow! September is here already and Summer is dwindling away. How did that happen so fast? I guess time really does fly when you are having fun. But fret not. There is still some warm days ahead and if you need some Summertime inspiration just check out this beautiful blooming flower to remind you that no matter the time of year it is always one day closer to Spring.

Welcome To The "Throwback Thursday" View

Today we go back about two years. This is a shot of the Atlantic Ocean in Virginia Beach Virginia as the sun began to set. I'm not certain but I believe I shot it with my old Samsung galaxy S6. But it could have been the S4. Either way it came out good.

Welcome To The Wednesday View

While shooting flowers and butterflies the other day I also got the chance to photograph nature on a bit smaller level. Sharing yet another pic from Gardener's Basin in Atlantic City here is what I believe to be some kind of Box Elder Bug. Up close and personal.

Welcome To The Tuesday View

Today's photo was shot outside of the Atlantic City Aquarium. It was early on Sunday Morning and of course the aquarium wasn't open yet but it is close to our favorite AC breakfast spot, The Gilchrist Restaurant. Best pancakes EVER. But that's another subject. Anyway, the grounds around the aquarium are very nicely landscaped and maintained well too. On a good sunny morning the opportunity to make good images is almost unlimited. And Sunday was one of those perfect mornings. It was when I made the butterfly photo a few days ago and it's where I shot today's photo. This beautiful flower.
