So today started out rainy. Very rainy in fact. And the forecast wasn't too encouraging either. For here at home or at the shore. So Kim and I thought it over and since we were heading home early tomorrow anyway and there was all this rain coming we decided to stay home instead of heading to the camper. And of course the weather dried up. Go figure. But that's okay. We got a lot done at home. I mowed and trimmed both the front and the back yards. And the back, back yard. That's the area beyond our tree line that only Schnitzel usually goes. We also cleaned up our patio and swim spa area. And after all this I even spent some time in the Cafe with my camera and got lots of good stuff. So of course I have to share a couple shots with you for today's view. This first photo should be no surprise. Yes, a squirrel.
Now this second shot is well, scary?
That is one angry looking grackle, huh? I don't know why because I just filled the feeders. And there is more where these came from. But those are for another post.

ReplyDeleteThat bird looks downright mean. Grackles look that way in general though they are not really bad birds. But this guy...
DeleteIt's obvious the bird doesn't want his picture taken. Doesn't he realize that is the price for eating at the Cafe? :) The squirrel is adorable!
