Saturday View - 7 December 2019 Edition

Welcome To The Exploration Photography Daily View

Today I made the long five minute trip to the local State Park just around the corner and took a brief walk on this balmy 35° F day. But though it was chilly at least it wasn't windy like most of the week has been. And we aren't seeing any rain either. I shot quite a few pictures along the way and even a video or two. And for today's view I would like to share a few with you.

It's time again for a Friday Schnitzel picture. I gave him a bath about half an hour or so before shooting this so while he may smell nice and clean his fur is a little messy. That didnt keep him from begging for the treat I was dangling in front of him though. Also if you look you can see we have begun decorating inside now.

Today I would like to share another shot from yesterday's rainy Cafe. I saw a lot of birds including the woodpecker I already showed you and of course lots of bluejays. But I also saw a lot of squirrels. Weird huh? Going through what I got I came across this shot and thought it would look good in black and white. And as you can see I got a little creative. Today's view is from the Cafe this afternoon. A very rainy and cold Cafe I must add. I happened to be looking outside and saw this guy on one of our trees. I guess he was trying to stay out of the rain. He may have grabbed a peanut or two too. In fact I have seen many woodpeckers eat peanuts. Who would have thought?
