It seems that wherever I go squirrels seem to find me. Or maybe I find them? Either way that is what happened during yesterday's rainy day visit to the zoo. This guy was pretty friendly and was happy to take a couple acorns we found nearby.

So what do you do on a rainy day at the shore? Go to the zoo! The Cape May County Zoo is just minutes away from our campsite so we figured what the heck? It's free to visit and probably won't be busy. And we were right. We also knew from prior experience that the animals would be more active than on a dry hot day. Naturally I made lots of snapshots and for today's photo I am sharing this peacock with you.
