When I was in the Cafe this morning putting out peanuts for our hungry patrons I looked down and saw a mushroom. It wasn't there yesterday but yet it's a good size. I guess the hot and humid weather made it grow.

For the second time this season Kim and I went to the beach in Avalon. That's Avalon New Jersey for those that aren't familiar. Today though we decided to set our chairs a little closer to the water. Okay, a lot closer actually. We sat at the waters edge. For one The view is very nice but more importantly it's a lot cooler there. The cool air coming off the ocean is really refreshing. Of course being at the beach I shot a picture or two. For today's view I would like to share some of them with you.

Today I would like to share a few snapshots I made today at a place called Cold Spring Village just outside of Cape May. This is part of a nature trail. Kim and took a walk there this morning before it got hot. And rained.
